Bed linen and towels (including bath towels) are normally included in the price. However, depending on the Covid 19 measures, we cannot currently provide this service!

The weekly rental period is Saturday to Saturday in peak season.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is payable on booking (reservation is confirmed upon receipt of deposit). The balance should be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made by bank transfer or by credit card. We do not store credit card information.
A security deposit of €500 is required. This amount will be refunded following departure when the property has been thoroughly checked and all extra consumptions, damages, and/or any breakages have been deducted.
The accommodation and the pool area are strictly NON-SMOKING. If necessary, it is possible to smoke on your private terrace. An ashtray is available outside. Thank you for using it.

Although the house is systematically checked and special attention is paid to disinfection in connection with the Covid 19 measures, the basic principle is that you return the property clean and tidy with furniture is as you found it when you arrived. These are steps that allow us to take care of ourselves, you, and others so that everyone can enjoy the place safely. Therefore, we ask you to take care of the basic cleaning and removal of all your rubbish at the end of your stay.
